Smoking leads to a number of diseases, including lung disease, lung cancer, and bronchitis, to name a few. Also, pregnant women are strongly recommended to quit smoking because this may risk the life of their upcoming kid to a great extent.

Smoking tends to pollute the air and the general public will surely suffer annoyingly if someone alongside them smokes while in public places, such as trains, buses, and theaters. Moreover, a heavy smoker normally has yellow fingertips, brown teeth, and even worse, bad breath. For no surprise, smokers will disgust almost people around them. Therefore, if you are also a smoker you must quit smoking before it’s too late.

There are several ways that you can consider so that you could be able to quit smoking as soon as possible:

First, try to make your lifestyle as busier as possible because this is how you can stay away from smoking. Many people choose to fire their cigarettes whenever they are in leisure period so if you keep yourself busy all the times, the odds are that you can get rid of your smoking habits without any hassle.

Second, try eating gum rather smoking cigarettes. This will keep your mouth busy enough to quit smoking.

Thirdly, prefer doing exercise on a regular basis. Exercising help you gain a lot of energy while smoking tends to make you further week day by day.
